Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations
Verbal or Written reservation application & Terms and Conditions are acceptable. Upon receipt of application, the appropriate deposit amount will be charged to the credit card. No reservations can be held without receipt of the deposit. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Early departure will be considered end of rental for the total amount paid. All reservation balances are due 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. **All cancellations must be received by our office in writing 30 (Thirty) days prior to departure. Any monies paid will remain on your account up to one year, to allow time to reschedule your trip**
Security Deposit
A $99 cleaning fee may be charged at the end of the rental if the unit is left in unreasonable condition or if the unit not left in the exact same condition as delivered in. In this case it will be charged at the end of the trip. A $300.00-$750.00 security deposit or the price of the trip, whichever one is the least, is required at time of reservation and will be applied to the total trip, as long as, unit is returned clean, gas tank is full, holding tanks are emptied, and no damage was done to the vehicle. Damages, additional charges or disputes may further delay any deposit refund. Deposit may be made by credit card or cash. However, a valid, signed or verbal credit card authorization is required to be on file. All deposits are required in advance to confirm reservation. At the time of vehicle return, in the event of vehicle damage, an additional security deposit of $1,750.00 - $2,000.00 will be charged and used to remedy all repairs that are required to have the vehicle fixed and in normal operating condition. This includes, but is not limited to, out of service charges. Lessee is responsible for 100% of all damage and costs to the rented unit. Towing Requirements (for Approved towing customer only) Motorhome – RARV policy allows for towing behind any rented motorhome if connection to towed unit is secured by authorized RARV personnel at time of departure. Motorhome and trailer must fall within towing limits and specifications. No other unauthorized towing is allowed. Unauthorized towing will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible additional charges. Trailers – The following equipment is required to tow RARV travel trailers except pop-up campers:
Minimum class 3 2" receiver hitch
7-way round plug for hook up
Brake controller box (available for rent or purchase on most late model vehicles, call office for info.)
Pop-Up Campers – Fits most receivers & bumper hitch on tow vehicle. Brake control not required.
Service Calls
Customers are provided a service contact telephone number. In cases where a service call is required due to inappropriate use by customer of a unit’s mechanical features, a service call fee will be charged at the rate of $75/hour with a minimum charge of $75.
Payment Terms
Full payment of rental contract is due at time of departure and may be made with credit card, certified funds, travelers’ checks or cash. Personal and company checks must be approved prior to departure. No refunds on early returns. Major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX

Age Requirements
All RV and sports car drivers must be 25 (Twenty-Five) years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.21 for trailers and mini coopers.
Availability
The Company’s ability to provide a rental unit is contingent upon and subject to its return by the previous renters and to no accidents or other causes beyond the Company’s control. If, for any reason beyond the Company’s control, the unit reserved is not available, the Company reserves the right to substitute another unit. Should another unit not be available, the Company’s liability will be limited to the refund of all refundable monies paid by lessee (the deposit).

Insurance / Liability
Lessee is responsible for all damage and costs to RV’s and travel trailers, including tire damage of any kind. Lessee is liable for all parking tickets & traffic violations. Report all accidents to rental office and police immediately. Should a break down occur, lessee
must notify rental office for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by Rent-a-RV. The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, lugnuts, wheels, tires and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, generator malfunctions. etc are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.
Terms & Conditions
All provisions of our rental agreement apply to each rental. Signature is not required to complete a reservation The rental agreement is available for review at any time prior to delivery or departure. If your personal information and or credit card information is given
over the phone or to any representative of Rent-a-RV or affiliates to insure your reservation then you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. 3 days is the minimum rental period. Rent-a-RV does not guarantee leveling ,power, water, availability,
propane, at any campsites. Any promises made by any affiliate of Rent-a-RV must be made in writing and approved by the operations director on duty to be valid. Positioning the trailer is available within normal reason up until the trailer is removed from
the hitch. Once removed from the hitch any extra services or re-hitching will constitute additional delivery charges. The Rent-a-Rv delivery driver cannot make any extra promises without the written approval of the Operation Director on duty. Rent-a-Rv reserves the write to deny or reschedule deliver service in cases where the campsite is unsafe or in bad weather conditions. Awning use is prohibited and if used will constitute a $200 fine. No Mexico travel under any condition. No insurance coverage provided. No smoking or pets allowed in rented vehicles at any time. Lack of compliance will result in forfeiture of security deposit and/or a minimum charge of $200. Special provisions may be made for weekend departures or returns. However, these provisions must be scheduled and paid for in advance, on or before departure date.
Check Out - Check In / Pick up & Delivery
If We are delivering to you - Delivery Hours - Early (Before Noon) or Late (After Noon) Monday - Saturday - To Guarantee Specific Time you must to arrange to have the trailer delivered a day early. If You are towing the Unit - Pick up / Check out -10am to 2pm Monday – Saturday ** Sunday Pickup is an additional $45. You are responsible for making the arrangement for Monday pickup if you are departing on Sunday. If Monday Arrangement are not made you will be responsible to any campground fees. Any charges incurred during pickup will be automatically charged to the card we have on file At time of check out, all vehicles will have propane, gas (RV’s Only), holding tanks will be dumped and the interior and exterior will be clean. Allow at least one (1) hour for check out. Upon pick or return, the vehicle will be inspected. The interior and exterior are to be clean
and all personal belongings removed. Rent-a-RV. Will not be held responsible for items left in vehicles at time of return. Based on the condition of the rental unit at the time of return, the appropriate charges will be applied against the security deposit. In the
case of damage to the unit, the proper documentation will be made at time of return. Allow at least half (½) hour for check in. By signature, or by verbal authorization renter agrees that any and all charges placed on their credit card are legitimate and authorized charges for the rental transaction they are completing, and hereby agree to not dispute these charges. **Under no circumstances will return of rental units be accepted outside of normal business hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Sunday. Returns made outside of these business hours will result in immediate forfeit of security deposit unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
